When does leasing open?
Leasing for the 2027–28 academic year is now open. Contact us to learn more.
When does Brickside open?
Fall 2027, for the start of the fall semester.
How are leases structured?
By-the-bed, individual-liability leases. You’re responsible for your bedroom and your share of the unit only, not your roommates’ obligations.
Are units furnished?
Yes. Most units include a furniture package; contents vary by floor plan. See the individual floor plan for its inventory.
What’s included in rent?
Furniture (unit dependent), in-unit washer/dryer, and internet. Electricity and water/sewer are resident-paid, billed each installment based on usage.
Is a guarantor required?
Yes, unless you qualify to lease independently. Guarantors are typically a parent. Contact the office regarding alternatives.
Can I choose my roommates?
Yes. Lease as a group to be placed together, or opt into roommate matching if leasing individually.
What is the pet policy?
Pets are permitted with restrictions. Contact the leasing office for more information.
Is parking available?
Limited on-site parking is available on a first come, first served basis.
Can international students lease?
Yes, including remotely prior to arrival. Additional documentation may be required.
Can I tour?
Come visit our leasing office at 112 Cox Avenue Suite 202 to get a feel for the finishes and layout before move-in. Reach out and we’ll set up a time.
Where is Brickside located?
2600 Hillsborough Street, Raleigh, NC 27607 — across from D.H. Hill Jr. Library, at the edge of NC State’s North Campus.
